As the investigation continues, authorities have disclosed that the suspect, in an aggressive outburst during her arrest, assaulted police officers. Prosecutor Agnieszka Lorenc from the Szczecin District Prosecutor’s Office elaborated on the charges, which include an attempt to cause substantial property damage and insulting and physically assaulting law enforcement officials. If convicted, she could face up to ten years in prison. Her actions are allegedly linked to a personal vendetta, possibly involving prior police action against her partner.

Local officials swiftly condemned the attack. Bartłomiej Królikowski, the Mayor of Lipiany, expressed shock at the audacity of the crime and emphasized the impact on community safety. He stressed the importance of restoring the police station’s functionality with utmost urgency and pledged full support to the local police force in these efforts.

The incident remains under the close watch of the Pyrzyce Prosecutor’s Office, and the suspect is held in temporary custody while the investigation proceeds. This arson case highlights ongoing challenges in maintaining public safety and order in the region.
