According to the regional management authority, the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO), these outages are part of ongoing maintenance work designed to enhance the stability and performance of the electrical grid.

In the Piraeus and KalaSamares districts, residents in Keratini can expect disruptions from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Streets affected include Adriano, Praxitelous, and Miaouli. Similarly, areas in Agioi Anargyroi such as L. Dimokratias and surrounding roads will see interruptions as part of the network’s upgrade initiatives.

The city centre of Athens is also scheduled for outages, with parts of Skoufa Street between Dimokritou and Voukurestiou anticipated to be offline from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. For residents near Krini and G. Papandreou Street, the planned outages will extend from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Other areas such as Lavreotiki and nearby localities like Kerkatea and Ag. Marina are also on the list for power cuts stretching later into the afternoon. Meanwhile, in the Marina of Palaio Faliro, outages will occur from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., affecting popular streets like Zissimopoulou and Pendelis.

Residents are advised to plan their day accordingly, ensuring electronic devices are charged in advance. Emergency services will remain active, though delays in response may occur due to these scheduled power interruptions.
