Our four rules for language learning
Active speaking
We focus on speaking & building confidence
Language is about communication, and we help students build confidence and start speaking the foreign language as early as possible.
Our method emphasises “real-life” spoken language and encourages you to practise speaking while removing the stigma of making mistakes.
Guided self-study
We provide tools & resources to help you learn
We do everything we can to motivate you to study and learn between lessons to ensure your learning journey with us is as engaging and productive as possible.
Learners have access to a wide range of self-study resources: like interactive quizzes and learning tools, extra assignments and audio and video content.
Expert teachers
Hire great teachers & monitor their progress
We set the bar high in terms of qualifications and teaching experience when we’re hiring new teachers to ensure the highest teaching quality.
Once a teacher is on board we provide structured training and also monitor their progress through regular quality assessments and student feedback.
Student insights
Listen to our students
We ask all of our active learners for regular feedback on how well we’re doing – and use that feedback to guide decisions and maintain quality throughout our school.
We also ask students to review us on ProvenExpert and share the ups and downs of their learning journeys which we publish as student stories.

Meet our core team
Maja
School Manager
Maja has taught in our team since 2018 and became language school manager at the beginning of 2022.
Her hidden talent is playing the piano and her passion is theatre. She loves to find new ways of applying drama methodology to teaching languages.
Sara
German Learning Coordinator
Sara has been teaching since 2016 and became learning coordinator for German-speaking students in 2024.
She wanted to study languages since she was young, driven by a desire to build a relationship with relatives who lived in Germany.
Andrea
English Learning Coordinator
Andrea joined our team in 2019. She teaches individual and group lessons in English and in 2023 became our learning coordinator for English-language learners.
Andrea has wanted to be a teacher since first grade, and – we’ve been told – gained early work experience playing teacher with her stuffed toys.
Mateja
Materials & Quality Assessment
Mateja has been part of the team since 2021. She teaches individual and group lessons in English, and in 2024 took on the further role of materials and quality assessment.
She gives baccalaureate preparation courses for her local municipality and has experience leading and performing in children’s theatre activities.
Laura
Recruitment & Training
Laura has taught in our team since 2021, teaching individual lessons in German and in 2024 taking on the role of teacher recruitment and training.
She volunteers in an autism association and leads a variety of workshops with autistic children. In her free time she also trains Thai boxing.
Barbara
German Learning Coordination
Barbara has been part of the team since 2018, teaching individual and group lessons in German, and later as learning coordinator for German-language students.
She has been signed up as a volunteer firefighter since she was a little girl, and having passed several exams is officially a first-class firewoman.
